She has held pivotal roles at leading organizations, including The Hartford, where she served as a Livestock Underwriter, and at Specialty Risk Insurance, where she held dual responsibilities as both a Livestock Account Manager and a Livestock Underwriter within their Livestock Exchange Brokerage Program. In these positions, Tracie evaluated complex risks, managed national books of business, and led agent training initiatives on quoting tools and coverage solutions.

Her expertise spans commercial, specialty, and livestock insurance lines, with strong capabilities in policy analysis, CRM management, and regulatory compliance.
