Sarah Novoa

Sarah has over 15 years of HR experience dedicated to building dynamic workplace cultures and driving organizational success through people-focused programs and processes. Prior to joining Sutton, she worked as an HR leader for an Insurtech startup building the HR function from inception. She has worked across a variety of company types ranging from large publicly traded companies to small and mid-sized VC and PE-backed organizations in the insurance, automotive, and healthcare industries. Sarah has a B.S. in HR Management from Northern Illinois University and holds multiple HR credentials.
