Rachel Van Ersvelde

Rachel has more than 12 years of property and casualty insurance experience. Her expertise spans regulatory compliance, product management, state filings, bureau monitoring, and commercial underwriting. Before joining Sutton National, Rachel worked with West Bend Insurance Company, where she supported regulatory compliance initiatives, implemented bureau and ISO changes, and managed state filings. Her diverse background allows her to approach compliance challenges with both regulatory insight and understanding of day-to-day insurance operations. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management and Insurance from Franklin University and holds the AINS, AU, and AIS designations.
