Katie is a seasoned compliance and legislative specialist with over 25 years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting, regulatory affairs, and product compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Specialist at Sutton National Group, Katie brings a wealth of expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, fostering strong relationships with state Departments of Insurance, and ensuring organizational adherence to evolving legislative standards. Katie has held key roles at CSAA Insurance Group and The Hartford, where she led efforts in compliance, product development, and regulatory support. Katie holds a B.S from Southern Nazarene University and an Associate in General Insurance (AINS). She is also a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance professional in the state of Oklahoma.
