Danny began his career as an advertising sales representative for Professional Sports Publications, where he honed his ability to connect with clients and drive results. He then transitioned to Uber, serving as a Service Quality Risk & Compliance Specialist, where he focused on maintaining high service standards and ensuring regulatory compliance. Most recently, Danny worked at State Farm as a Claim Specialist, managing home and commercial property claims with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction by handling the claims cycle from start to finish.
