Courtney brings over 7 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. Prior to joining Sutton National, she served as a Product and Compliance Analyst at Builders Insurance Group (BIG), where she managed compliance operations, regulatory filings, new program integration, product implementation, and competitive research and analysis. Courtney has a strong cross-functional background, having worked closely with Legal, Actuarial, Marketing, and Underwriting teams, and has a proven record of successfully executing projects. She holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designations, demonstrating her commitment to industry expertise and ongoing professional development. Courtney earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
